Supplies

No need to worry about cleaning supplies, we will come equip with products that are environmentally safe and harmless to your furniture and appliances.  We understand that some clients may prefer a certain brand, if this is the case, simply provide them and we will use them. It's that simple.

 

House Pets

We adore house pets and will make sure that they remain in your home. Some house pets, however, are protective of their owners and territory. For that reason, please make sure to secure and pets prior to our arrival.  Also, if any special instructions please let us know. We may also charge a pet fee for especially "hairy" situations. 
 

Payment & Cancellation Policy

All payments are to be made in the form of cash or check, and may be left in a visible area on counter or table before arrival of day of residential cleaning.  All rental and commercial cleanings may be paid monthly via Paypal or check, invoices will be sent out each month.  If cancelling a cleaning you must notify us 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the cleaning.
